VELFAC strive to create an effective partnership which results in accurate and on time deliveries suited specifically to each project.
Deliveries
Once an order is in manufacture, the anticipated week of delivery is confirmed. You will be advised before the delivery is shipped, allowing you to make a decision as to whether the site is ready to receive it or whether to arrange storage.
Around two days before delivery, a VELFAC transport representative will call to inform you of the specific delivery day and time.
Delivery Note
Full details of the lorry contents are contained on the delivery note, allowing you to check off each pallet number and the quantity and type of window.
All pallets and individual elements are also labelled, allowing detailed cross referencing with the delivery note.
