Ordering

Should you wish to proceed with an order we will require your written confirmation and a 10% deposit plus V.A.T., or £500 plus V.A.T. which ever is the greater. Once we have received this we can secure a date for delivery and you will be contacted by one of our project co-ordinators who will request all information necessary to finalise details of the order. It is important to note that any part of the order can be amended after the deposit has been placed as we allow a period of time for checking all details before the windows are placed into production. The confirmation of order and deposit allow us to book production capacity at the factory due to your financial commitment to us.

ORDER CLARIFICATION

To ensure total satisfaction, your order should be accompanied by a detailed specification for each window or door and should include: size, internal and external finishes and opening functions. If you need help or to discuss any aspects of your order, our advisers will be happy to help. We will then send you written confirmation of your order, which will specify each window or door and the time of delivery. Once, we receive your signed confirmation, we will start the manufaturing process.

PAYMENT

The balance is payable seven days prior to delivery. Payment can be made using credit card (a 2.5% surcharge will apply to each transaction), debit card, cheque or electronic bank transfer.
