At VELFAC, we believe in bringing in as much light as possible. For that reason, we have created a new bi-parting sliding windowdoor. The new construction provides an extra wide opening that draws in the light and provides plenty of fresh air all year round. The new sliding door only takes up very little space and is a simple solution when making the best use of space is a concern.

The new bi-parting sliding door is bespoke and tailored to meet the measurements of each individual project. Our largest sliding door has a clear opening of 2.6m.

Slim frame design

Thanks to the unique construction encompassing a sliding post, there are no barriers to view, light or passage when both sashes are pushed to the side.

The continuous use of the VELFAC slim frame design ensures that the façade will appear as a visual whole even when the door is combined with various opening units.

At the same time VELFAC windows and doors are at the forefront of optimizing energy efficiency achieving U-values as low as 0.9W/m²k.
